ACTIVITIES
 

 

In line with its goals and objectives KMDC organizes discussions and meeting activities on matters of common interests led by members of KMDC or guest speakers. The activities include experience sharing sessions, seminars, conferences, workshops, consultancy projects and organization visits. To advocate and advance the level and quality of KM practice, KMDC also commissions research and development projects by itself or jointly with other organizations in form of consortium or other formats as appropriate. Collaborations between KMDC and individual organizations are taken as separate projects between the two parties.

  • KM related Special Interest Groups (SIG) in the areas of After Action Review (AAR), Customer Knowledge Management (CKM), Action Learning, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Project Management
  • Monthly KM sharing sessions with members

Knowledge Management Seminar Series

For the coming 4 months (from Dec 2004 to Mar 2005), KMDC and Policy 21 Ltd of The University of Hong Kong (P21-HKU) will organize a series of seminars on KM topics such as Benchmarking & Best Practice, Peer Assist & After Action Review, Document Management System, KM Portal KM Implementation and Innovation, Customer Knowledge Management, Action Learning, e-learning, KM Measurement……

Each session will be about 3 hours long and will take place during weekdays evening or Saturday morning/afternoon. All sessions will take place at Tech Centre in Kowloon Tong. Please download the Seminar Pamphlet here.
